20/10/19 -- Cornwood Circular

The walk is on the fringes of Dartmoor and is more adventurous than a ramble. There is a diversity of terrain and boots are advised rather than shoes as some of the walk is watery and muddy. If you like to use sticks, bring 2 rather than 1. Although we will not climb too high, suitable moorland clothing will be the sensible option. There should be glimpses of the quarry lakes and cover areas you may have passed by in the car but never realised the diversity of pathways and undergrowth.
Walk distance: Approx 6.5 miles.
