7 miles of Bodmin Moor at its best - great views with off-road walking, mainly along paths with the odd steep hill to test fitness.
This moorland ramble takes in old granite tramways, the famous Cheesewring, Bronze Age stone circles, Cornwall's highest village and the heritage engine houses of some of the biggest industrial copper mining in Cornwall's history.
Meet at 10.00 am at the small free car park just left and across the road from where Higher Road from Pensilva joins the B3254. Grid ref: SX 262 713.
For car share, meet at the Watermark car park, Ivybridge at 9.00 am.
