We walk fortnightly on a Sunday, regardless of weather conditions (unless there is a severe weather warning in place). Walks are publicised on the WALK DIARY page so please check regularly for updates. Any cancellation of a walk will be indicated in the WALK DIARY.
New members can enjoy their first 2 walks free, thereafter a £10 annual membership fee is payable. The club's membership year begins on 1 April.
Walks are generally 3-4 hours in length, with the distance walked dependent on the terrain and conditions. There is generally a coffee stop and lunch break (please bring your own refreshments) and after the walk we usually decamp to a local cafe or inn.
Some walks may be strenuous with moorland or coastal path stretches. The club offers a variety of walks, just choose one to suit your ability.
Please arrive at the start point suitably equipped because the Walk Leader may refuse to take you if you are not, as this can affect the safety and well-being of the whole group.
Everyone walking with our group does so at their own risk. If you have any doubts, talk to the Walk Leader before you set off and they will be pleased to offer advice.
The club is supporting an application by Ivybridge Town Council to become an accredited Walkers are Welcome destination.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 situation, the group is not offering group walks. Once the Government has allowed walking groups to recommence their walks then the available walks will be shown in the Walk Diary.
